Dr. Ahuva Guttman brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical settings, including university hospitals, private practices, and community mental health clinics. She is adept at providing individual, family, and group interventions, as well as parent coaching.
Dr. Guttman's clinical interests include supporting individuals and families through the effects of trauma and stress, as well as addressing mood and anxiety-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, learning and developmental difficulties, and recovery from experiences of sexual violence.

Dr. Guttman is dedicated to recognizing each client’s unique concerns, needs, and goals. She maintains a welcoming and empathetic approach to therapy, striving to build strong, collaborative relationships that foster growth and healing. Using a relational perspective, she integrates humanistic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches, helping clients draw on their own strengths and values to create meaningful change and greater well-being.
